An instructional design concept defining how learning experiences are planned and delivered to achieve stated objectives. It governs content selection, sequencing, instructional methods, and supports used to promote understanding and skill development. It does not ensure learning without appropriate delivery, feedback, and adjustment based on learner evidence.
