Vector Network Analysis

A frequency-domain measurement technique and instrument that determines the complex linear scattering parameters (S-parameters) of RF and microwave networks by measuring amplitude and phase of incident and reflected/transmitted waves at one or more ports over a swept frequency range, typically after a calibration procedure.
