Trigeminal Nerve

Cranial nerve V (CN V), a mixed cranial nerve with three major divisions—ophthalmic (V1), maxillary (V2) and mandibular (V3)—that provides primary sensory innervation to the face, oral mucosa and anterior scalp and whose mandibular division contains the motor fibers that innervate the muscles of mastication.
