A construction sequence in which permanent floor slabs, basement slabs, or structural slabs are formed sequentially from ground level downward while superstructure work proceeds above, allowing excavation and construction of below‑grade spaces concurrently with erection of upper floors by using temporary retaining systems and slab‑supported construction platforms.
