Sexual Misconduct

Any sexual activity, behavior, or communication by a healthcare professional toward a patient (current or recently treated) that exploits the clinician‑patient power differential, is non‑therapeutic within the therapeutic context, or otherwise takes sexual advantage of the patient — including sexual contact, sexually explicit communication, or sexualized commerce tied to care.
