RF Front-End Failure

A hardware fault within the radio‑frequency front‑end assembly—components directly between the antenna and baseband such as low‑noise amplifiers (LNAs), power amplifiers (PAs), mixers, duplexers/filters and RF switches—that degrades transmission or reception performance by reducing gain, raising noise, producing spurious emissions, or causing open/shorted signal paths.
