Qualitative Risk Assessment

A structured, non‑numeric method for identifying, characterizing and ranking pathways by which a disease, pest or other biohazard could be introduced to, or spread within, an animal population or production system using expert judgement, categorical likelihood and consequence descriptors, and explicit logical pathways when quantitative data are insufficient.
