Paris' Law
Definition
An empirical relation in fatigue fracture mechanics expressing the stable (stage II) fatigue crack growth rate da/dN as a power law function of the stress-intensity-factor range ΔK: da/dN = C (ΔK)^m, where C and m are material-specific constants measured experimentally.
