Paper Marbling

A surface‑decoration technique that creates patterned designs by dispersing and manipulating pigments or inks on the surface of a viscous aqueous bath (often called a size), then transferring the floating pattern onto an absorbent support (paper or fabric) so that the surface tension and adhesive interactions produce a single‑side, transferred pattern.
