Non-Surgical Endodontic Treatment

An orthograde endodontic procedure consisting of access, chemo‑mechanical debridement (cleaning and shaping) of the pulp‑containing root canal system, and three‑dimensional obturation (sealing) of that system to eliminate or control intraradicular infection or inflammation while preserving the tooth structure, performed without surgical apical access.
