Microtunneling

A remote‑controlled, trenchless installation technique in which a guided microtunnel boring machine is launched from a drive shaft and the pipeline (prefabricated segments or pipes) is jacked forward from the launch shaft into the bore while the machine steers and excavates; used for small‑diameter pipelines where surface disruption must be minimised and precise alignment is required.
