Lamb-Oseen Vortex Model

An analytical viscous vortex model describing an axisymmetric, diffusing vortex whose vorticity has a Gaussian radial distribution and whose tangential velocity decays and core radius grows with time; used as a minimal model for single isolated wake vortices and viscous decay of concentrated circulation.
