A cooperative arrangement between primary or secondary schools and one or more businesses in which partners provide student learning opportunities (e.g., internships, workplace visits), material or financial resources, or joint curriculum inputs with the explicit aim of enhancing student preparation for further education or the labor market while maintaining educational oversight by the school.
