A sequence of surface treatments, isolation and adhesive steps used to bond thin ceramic veneers to enamel or dentin surfaces, including appropriate ceramic surface conditioning, application of silane or primer when indicated, tooth surface preparation, use of an adhesive resin cement, and controlled polymerization to achieve durable esthetic restoration.
