Photo-Elicitation

A qualitative interviewing technique that introduces photographs or images as prompts during conversation so participants project meanings, memories and embodied responses; images may be researcher‑produced, participant‑produced or archival, and the method foregrounds interpretation, narrative co‑construction and sensory or nonverbal information that words alone may not elicit.
