Multilateral Peering

An arrangement at an exchange where multiple networks agree—explicitly or via a route server—to exchange routing information and traffic with all or a defined subset of participants under a common peering policy, enabling many‑to‑many connectivity over the IXP fabric with reduced per‑peer configuration.
