Individualized Education Program (IEP)

A written, team‑developed, and—where required by law—legally mandated plan that documents a student’s eligibility for specialized instruction and specifies individualized measurable goals, the specially designed instruction, related services, accommodations, assessment modifications, and implementation responsibilities necessary to enable the student to make educational progress.
