French Seam

A narrow, enclosed seam constructed by sewing a seam with wrong sides together, trimming or folding, then sewing again with right sides together so that raw edges are enclosed within two lines of stitching, producing a neat, finisher interior suitable for lightweight or sheer fabrics.
