Falls Risk Assessment

A clinical evaluation of a patient's combination of intrinsic (e.g., balance, gait, cognition, medications, comorbidities) and extrinsic (e.g., environment, footwear, assistive devices) factors intended to estimate the likelihood of a fall within a defined timeframe and to identify modifiable contributors that guide prevention strategies.
