Coordinated monitoring and information‑sharing activities that integrate data, laboratory findings and reporting across animal, human and environmental sectors (and where appropriate other sectors such as food safety or wildlife management) to enable earlier detection, joint risk assessment and coordinated response to shared or emerging health threats.
