Cross-Sector Partnership

A structured agreement in which independent organizations from two or more distinct sectors (for example, public agencies, private firms, civil-society organizations, or community groups) coordinate resources, responsibilities, decision-making, and performance criteria under jointly defined objectives and timelines to achieve outcomes in food, hospitality, or tourism contexts.

A structured, sustained arrangement in which a law‑enforcement agency and one or more non‑governmental or private organizations share objectives, resources, information, or activities under agreed governance to address a defined public‑safety problem that neither sector can fully resolve alone.
