Constitutional Court

A specialized high judicial body vested with final authority within a jurisdiction to interpret the written constitution and to adjudicate disputes about the constitutionality of laws, conflicts between state organs, and fundamental-rights claims; its binding decisions alter the legal validity of statutes, administrative acts, or institutional arrangements to the extent provided by law.
