Hold Shelf Pickup Rate

The proportion of items that reach the hold shelf (i.e., become available for a patron due to a fulfilled request) and are actually collected by the requesting patron within the institution's retention period, expressed as fulfilled pickups divided by items placed on the hold shelf in the same interval.
