A cast‑in‑place retaining and/or groundwater‑cutoff wall formed by excavating narrow, contiguous trenches supported with slurry or temporary casing, inserting reinforcement cages, and filling them with concrete to create continuous reinforced panels that resist lateral earth and hydrostatic pressures; frequently used for deep excavations, permanent basement walls, and seepage control.
