Data Fusion

A set of methods that combine heterogeneous observational datasets (differing in wavelength, resolution, sampling, noise and systematic properties) into a unified representation or joint model so as to improve signal recovery, parameter estimation, or interpretation while propagating and accounting for measurement uncertainties and selection effects.
