Correction Rate

The frequency, expressed as a ratio or percentage over a defined time window, of formally published corrections, retractions, or labeled amendments issued by a publisher relative to the total number of published items in that window; a correction is an explicitly identified change that acknowledges an error or omission in previously published material.
