Antenna System

A physical assembly of radiating elements and supporting components (for example arrays, feeders, radomes, mounts, combiners, tuners and control electronics) that together transmit and receive radio‑frequency energy; the system’s radiation pattern, gain, polarization and bandwidth determine how electromagnetic energy is coupled to the radio channel and the propagation environment.
