Definition

Financing arrangements and instruments that coordinate payment, credit and liquidity across buyers, suppliers and financial intermediaries—often by anchoring short‑term financing to the creditworthiness or payment obligations of a buyer—so as to lower working capital costs, accelerate supplier cash flow, or reallocate trade credit along contractual supply‑chain relationships.
