Technique d’échantillonnage de l’eau interstitielle utilisant des tubes minces en polymère poreux (rhizons) insérés dans des carottes de sédiment ou des sédiments in situ ; les fluides interstitiels sont aspirés à travers la paroi poreuse vers une seringue ou un flacon sous vide doux ou succion.
