Définition

Une inadmissibilité permanente qui empêche une personne de revenir aux États-Unis lorsqu'elle a réintégré le pays illégalement après une présence illégale antérieure d'un an ou plus, ou après certaines expulsions ou reconductions, rendant souvent la personne inéligible à l'admission sauf recours exceptionnel.
