Unintended water or air penetration at the interfaces, perimeters or through components of windows, doors and glazed curtain-wall systems caused by failed sealants, gaskets, flashing, improper installation or the absence of a continuous weather-resistant plane, resulting in interior moisture, air infiltration, or water entry into assemblies.
