Ein linearer Filter, der auf empfangene Abtastwerte oder Wellenformen angewendet wird und durch lineare Kombination der Eingänge Symbolschätzungen erzeugt, um die Inversion der Antwort eines linearen Kanals zu approximieren und so Inter-Symbol-Interferenz (ISI) zu reduzieren.
